Times in UTC. A line is a sixth of a gate, a little under a degree; the Moon crosses one every hour or two. Where the Sun's gate is the day's theme, the tradition reads the Moon's as the hour's, and neither is a forecast.

Every body sits about 24 degrees earlier in the sidereal zodiac than in the tropical one.
Western astrology anchors its zodiac to the seasons and Vedic astrology to the stars, and the two have drifted 24.31 degrees apart. That is why a Western page and a Vedic one can name different signs for the same planet on the same day, and why neither is wrong.
