What we hold, and why

Last updated 31 August 2026. MyDezign is operated by Aion Advisory Ltd, registered in England. For anything about your data, write to hello@mydezign.app.

What we collect

Your email address
To sign you in and to send you what you buy. There is no password.
Birth details
The name given at birth, and the date, time and place. These are the calculation. Without them there is no chart. Sex at birth is optional and is used for one thing only: the direction the Four Pillars luck pillars run.
Before you save anything
A chart you have calculated but not saved is held in your browser tab and nowhere else, in a store the browser clears when the tab closes. It is not sent to us again and it is not on any other device. Closing the tab is how you delete it.
Anything you import
If you paste a summary from another AI, we store it against your chart. Only what you paste.
Companion conversations
Kept so the conversation continues where it left off.
Call recordings
If you book a call we may record it for our own reference. Audio only, never video. It is not shared or published, you can decline at the start of the call, and you can ask for it to be deleted afterwards.
Purchases
What was bought, when, how much, and whether it was delivered. Card details never reach us: Stripe takes the payment.

Why we are allowed to

Almost everything here is because you asked for it. Calculating a chart, keeping it in your vault, writing a report and running the companion are all performance of the contract between us.

Anything optional, such as an imported context or a weekly email if you ever ask for one, rests on your consent, and you can withdraw it without losing the rest.

There is one email we send that you have not asked for. If you begin a purchase and do not finish it, we send a single message an hour later saying so. That rests on our legitimate interest in your not losing something you had started, we never send a second, and every message of that kind carries a link that switches optional email off in one click.

Where it goes

We use a small number of processors. Each one gets only what it needs to do its job.

Supabase
The database, in London. Your charts, purchases and conversations live here.
Vercel
Runs the website.
Fly.io
Runs the calculation service, in London. It computes and returns; it stores nothing.
Stripe
Takes payments and holds the card details we never see.
Anthropic
Runs the companion. Your chart and anything you imported are sent so it can answer. This is processing in the United States under standard contractual clauses.
Sentry
Tells us when something breaks, in Frankfurt. It receives the error and the line of code, and is configured to strip request contents, headers and addresses before anything is sent, so a birth date or a companion question cannot reach it.
Calendly
Only if you book a call. It takes your name, your email and the time you choose, and collects the fee through Stripe. It never receives your chart or your birth details.
Notion
Only where a call has been recorded and is being transcribed there. It receives the audio of that call and nothing else. A recording made on a phone and kept on it reaches nobody but us.
Resend
Sends sign-in links and the emails about your report.
OpenStreetMap
Looks up the place you type. It receives the search text and nothing else: not your name, not your birth date.

We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or use it to train anything.

How long we keep it

Charts and conversations stay until you delete them. Deleting a chart moves it to recently deleted, where you can put it back; deleting your account removes your profile, charts, imported context, conversations and subscription.

Purchase records survive account deletion with your name and chart detached from them. We are required to keep a record of transactions for accounting, and that record no longer identifies you.

Cookies

One, and it keeps you signed in. There is no analytics, no advertising and no tracking on this site, which is why you have not been asked to accept anything.

What you can ask for

You can see everything we hold about you in your vault, and copy your full chart data from any result page. You can correct a chart, delete one, or delete your account outright from the vault. You do not need to ask us.

You can also ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or erase it, object to how we use it, or complain to the Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk.
