What you are buying, and what you are not

What this is

MyDezign calculates your birth chart in several traditions and writes about the patterns in it. Charts and the free readings cost nothing. Reports and the companion are paid.

It reads for pattern, not prediction. Nothing here forecasts events, and nothing here is advice about your health, your money, your career or your relationships. It is not a substitute for a doctor, a therapist, a lawyer or a financial adviser. Decisions you take remain yours.

Accounts

Sixteen or over
You need to be sixteen or over to hold an account. A chart for someone younger can be kept in a parent's or guardian's vault; the companion states its placements and does not read it conversationally.

Reports

Read before it is sent
Generated from your chart, then read and reviewed by a person before it is sent, within 48 hours. That applies to every report, at every price. Nothing is sent unread.
Within 48 hours
Usually sooner. If it will be longer we will tell you.
Delivered to your vault
As a PDF, with an email when it lands. It stays there.
An exact birth time where the reading needs one
Some systems cannot be calculated without it. We say so before you buy rather than after.

Refunds

Before we start writing: ask and we will refund in full, no reason needed.

After it is delivered: a written report is made for you personally, so the usual fourteen-day cancellation right does not apply once the work is done, and you agree to that when you buy. If the report is wrong, if we have misread your details, or if it is not what was described, tell us and we will put it right or refund it.

If the birth details were wrong: tell us. If we can rewrite it against the corrected chart we will, once, at no charge.

Read Your Design

A self-paced course: twelve recorded lessons with slides and exercises, two reports generated from your birth data when you enrol, and a link to the Values Diagnostic. One payment. You keep access for as long as the programme exists, and the two reports stay in your vault whatever happens to the enrolment.

Not coaching, not therapy, not advice
It is a method for reading your own chart. The same rule holds as everywhere else here: pattern, not prediction.
Your birth time
The Human Design report cannot be written without one, so enrolling needs a chart with a time, even an approximate one. We say so before you pay.
Refunds
If you have watched fewer than two lessons in the first fourteen days and it is not what you needed, email and you will be refunded in full. A refund closes the lessons; the reports stay.
The reports are sent as written
Unlike a bought report, the two course reports go to your vault the moment they are generated, so that you have them before Lesson 1. If one fails to write, you will have it within 24 hours.

The companion

Thirty days with any report
Then a monthly or annual fee if you want to keep it.
Cancel whenever you like
From your vault, in a click. You keep it until the period you have paid for ends.
Fifteen messages a day
Partly what keeps it sustainable at this price, and partly because a chart is not something to consult fifteen times in a day. If you would rather talk something through with a person, you can book a call.
Your own charts, your own questions
We may limit or suspend an account using it in a way that is plainly automated or abusive.
It is a model
It holds your chart and speaks about it. It can still be wrong, and it is not a person.

Calls with a person

You can book time to go through your chart in conversation. 30 minutes is £99, and 60 minutes is £149. Booking and payment are handled by Calendly, and you pay when you book rather than afterwards.

What a call is
Reading your chart with you and answering what you ask about it. The same rule holds as everywhere else here: pattern, not prediction.
What a call is not
It is not therapy, and it is not advice about your health, your money, your career or your relationships. If a conversation reaches something a professional should hear, we will say so.
Moving or cancelling
More than 24 hours before, from the link in your confirmation, and the fee comes back in full.
Inside 24 hours
The time was held and cannot be given to anyone else, so the fee is kept. If something serious happened, say so and we will find another time rather than stand on this.
A call may be recorded
For our own reference, so the time is spent talking rather than writing things down. It is not shared with anyone and it is not published. Say at the start that you would rather it was not recorded and it will not be, and you can ask for a recording to be deleted at any point afterwards.

What stays yours

Your charts and your free readings stay yours whether or not you are paying. A lapsed subscription closes the companion; it does not close your vault.

Reports we write are yours to keep, print and share. What you may not do is resell them or pass them off as your own work.

Prices

Reports and the companion are priced by country, and the currency you see at checkout is the one you are charged in. What you are shown before you pay is what you pay. Where you are does not change what you get.

Calls are the exception. They are priced in pounds wherever you are, because they are an hour of one person's time rather than something that can be made twice.

If something goes wrong

We will fix it or refund it. Beyond that, our liability is limited to what you have paid us, except where the law does not allow such a limit. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
