In Human Design

The Sun is in gate 55, spirit, line 6, the Role Model line: the gate the whole day is read through, and the line it sits on. The Moon is in gate 23, assimilation, line 3, the Martyr line, and moves on within hours. Each gate has its own page in the library: gate 55 and gate 23.

Times in UTC. A line is a sixth of a gate, a little under a degree; the Moon crosses one every hour or two. Where the Sun's gate is the day's theme, the tradition reads the Moon's as the hour's, and neither is a forecast.

Tight aspects at noon

Saturn conjunction Neptune, 0.2° from exact and opening: the two acting as one.

Moon sextile Mercury, 0.5° from exact and closing: an easy opening between the two.

Venus trine Jupiter, 0.9° from exact and opening: an ease between the two that can go unused.

Within two degrees of exact, one for the Moon. Closing means the aspect is still tightening; opening means it has passed. The slow pairs stay for weeks and the Moon's pass in hours.

Why the two zodiacs disagree about everything above

Every body sits about 24 degrees earlier in the sidereal zodiac than in the tropical one.

Western astrology anchors its zodiac to the seasons and Vedic astrology to the stars, and the two have drifted 24.22 degrees apart. That is why a Western page and a Vedic one can name different signs for the same planet on the same day, and why neither is wrong. We show both, every time, and where a reading depends on which one was used we say so.

What turns in the next thirty days

26 Feb 2026: Mercury turns retrograde. A Mercury retrograde is read as a fortnight or so of things going back for a second look: messages, plans, paperwork.

02 Mar 2026: Venus enters Pisces in the sidereal zodiac.

02 Mar 2026: Mars enters Pisces in the tropical zodiac.

03 Mar 2026: full Moon.

06 Mar 2026: Venus enters Aries in the tropical zodiac.

11 Mar 2026: Jupiter turns direct. The tradition reads a station direct as the body's business resuming.

15 Mar 2026: Sun enters Pisces in the sidereal zodiac.

19 Mar 2026: new Moon.

20 Mar 2026: Sun enters Aries in the tropical zodiac, which is the equinox or the solstice.

21 Mar 2026: Mercury turns direct. The tradition reads a station direct as the body's business resuming.

A sign change or a station is a condition beginning or ending. The tradition reads the condition; it does not read an event into it, and neither does this page.
