Within two degrees of exact, one for the Moon. Closing means the aspect is still tightening; opening means it has passed. The slow pairs stay for weeks and the Moon's pass in hours.

Western astrology anchors its zodiac to the seasons and Vedic astrology to the stars, and the two have drifted 24.31 degrees apart.
