Where everything is

Jupiter is at 26°13′ Leo in the tropical zodiac, 1°59′ Leo in the sidereal, gate 29 line 2 in Human Design, and retrograde; a Jupiter retrograde is read as growth consolidating rather than spreading. The tradition associates Jupiter with growth, teaching and the widening of things.

The tradition associates Uranus with the sudden, the unconventional and the break with what was.

Neptune is at 1°46′ Aries in the tropical zodiac, 7°32′ Pisces in the sidereal, gate 25 line 4 in Human Design. The tradition associates Neptune with what is blurred, longed for and dissolved.

In Human Design

The Sun is in gate 38, the fighter, line 5, the Heretic line: the gate the whole day is read through, and the line it sits on. The Moon is in gate 9, focus, line 2, the Hermit line, and moves on within hours. Each gate has its own page in the library: gate 38 and gate 9.

Times in UTC. A line is a sixth of a gate, a little under a degree; the Moon crosses one every hour or two. Where the Sun's gate is the day's theme, the tradition reads the Moon's as the hour's, and neither is a forecast.

Tight aspects at noon

Uranus sextile Neptune, 0.4° from exact and closing: an easy opening between the two.

Venus square Jupiter, 0.8° from exact and opening: friction between the two, which is where the work is.

Moon trine Saturn, 0.9° from exact and closing: an ease between the two that can go unused.

Sun conjunction Mercury, 1.7° from exact and opening: the two acting as one.

Within two degrees of exact, one for the Moon. Closing means the aspect is still tightening; opening means it has passed. The slow pairs stay for weeks and the Moon's pass in hours.

Why the two zodiacs disagree about everything above

Every body sits about 24 degrees earlier in the sidereal zodiac than in the tropical one.

Western astrology anchors its zodiac to the seasons and Vedic astrology to the stars, and the two have drifted 24.23 degrees apart. That is why a Western page and a Vedic one can name different signs for the same planet on the same day, and why neither is wrong. We show both, every time, and where a reading depends on which one was used we say so.

A sign change or a station is a condition beginning or ending. The tradition reads the condition; it does not read an event into it, and neither does this page.
